It’s back to school and time to develop your understanding and knowledge of the geospatial world. What better way to enhance your skills than by joining us at Sterling Geo Conference 2017, 11-13 December at Hothorpe Hall?
If you haven’t attended our annual conference before, it provides the perfect learning and networking experience for anyone using geography and geospatial technology to meet real-world challenges. As in previous years, the team at Sterling Geo are bringing together the experts to inform you of the latest developments, applications and use cases of our world leading software portfolios from Hexagon Geospatial and FME.
This year we are reaching further with our content, illustrating how these technologies are exploited and integrated, as we launch the GeoEngines our developers have been working on over the last year to bring you a new range of Sterling Geo services and products.
The schedule includes inspirational keynote presentations. Andy Wells and Phil Cooper will be joined for these by leaders of the industry including Jed Sundwell, Global Lead for AWS Open Data, Patrick Rickerby, Country Manager for Skeye in the UK, Simon Agass, Head of Geospatial Systems and Solutions at Satellite Applications Catapult and many more (watch this space for announcements). These presentations will show how geospatial engines are fully powering the world we live in, whilst also giving you a sneak-peak to what is coming in 2018.
The afternoon workshop sessions will provide technical expertise, illustrating how our technologies can enhance, evolve and extend your working practices; bringing you answers in easy-to-use business analytics. Our FME Certified Professionals are already working on a suite of educational workshops. Look out for: #3DPDF, #AWS, #businesssupport, #PowerPoint, #Word2PDF, #Office365, #sharepoint, #DirectoryWatching, #ESA, #Sentinel to name but a few.
Our Hexagon team are also working hard to bring you #Sentinel1, #Sentinel2, #carbonmonitoring, #datamanagement, #automation, #scaling, #2018sneakpeak and #subsidencemonitoring. Finally, our new developers are contributing #OSdata, #uavprocessing, #notify and #service. It’s going to be a packed timetable!
This truly is the integrated event for earth observation and geospatial technologies, bringing you the latest in desktop software, business analytics and lightweight applications as we launch our latest apps. Registration is now open, so enrol today and be part of the growing Sterling Geo community.
We look forward to seeing you there!
